I have to confess to nearly being run over by cars or nearly crashing my own to get a look at a girl in a skirt riding a bike.
It doesn't make any sense. You can go to any beach or public pool and see girls wearing swimsuits which are essentially just colorful panties, but it's just not the same as getting a milisecond long flash of white from under a skirt.
